Any event or series of events that causes high levels of stress can be called a traumatic experience. When we go through a traumatic experience, we often feel helplessness, despair and intense fear. Traumatic experiences can leave a lasting impression on our body and mind, causing energy blockages and anxiety that can later affect our overall health and well-being.
A simple crystal ritual can help relieve trauma and stress. You will need a crystal for this ritual, and crystal therapist Elina Alais especially recommends some of the following:

– crystal with a soft pink color, harmonizes the feelings, soothes, reduces the feeling of worthlessness
magnesite
– white crystal that helps to awaken self-love and release the past
chrysoprase
– blue-green crystal, is believed to be a positive change as a spring stone, a new beginning
First, write down everything you would like to release, which is related to a traumatic experience. These can be feelings, such as fear, shame, anger, helplessness, or certain painful memories that haunt you all the time, or something else that you would like to leave behind.
Then light a candle and place paper under the candle. Sit comfortably in a quiet space. Relax your body and take a deep breath at least three times. Now take the crystal and hold it in your hands. Close your eyes and visualize the rays of bright white, light green or pink light radiating from the crystal in the area of your heart. Feel this strong light as it purifies your heart from all past pains and fills it with the energy of love directly from the Source.
Slowly open your eyes and return the focus to your surroundings. After the candle burns, take a piece of paper, burn it or tear it into pieces and let them be blown away by the wind.
